heating/cooling system of any given house or office.

Stage 1: Washable Foam Pre-filter (2500HV & 4000HV)
Removes large particulates.
Stage 2: HEPA filter
99.97% efficient @ 0.3 microns. Removes dust, pollen, bacteria, animal dander, attached viruses, cigarette smoke, radon
daughters and more.
Stage 3: V.O.C. filter
Removes hazardous chemicals that may off-gas from cleaners, paints, solvents, carpets, furniture and other items containing
synthetic materials.

Applications
Home/Office Use
The Amaircare® 4000HV Airwash system is designed to be installed into a home's heating/air conditioning system to provide
clean air throughout the entire house.
It's powerful, small, compact design takes up little room and can even be hanged into position when installed.
Office/Restaraunt Use
The Amaircare® 4000HV Airwash system is small enough to fit into the plenum area of an office or restaurant dining room. The
Airwash can also work independently of the room's normal circulation system.
Closet/Attic Installation
Some furnaces in warmer climate areas are installed in a tiny room or closet, leaving no room for an air filtration system. In
cases such as these, an Amaircare® 4000HV Airwash system can be installed in the attic, above the furnace. Most of these types
of installations will run the heated air throughout the house via the attic. The air can be ducted into the air filtration
system and back into the main duct to deliver cleaner air throughout the home.
Attic Installation
Some houses have the furnace in the attic. The Airwash system can easily be installed into either the cold air return or the
warm air outflow of the furnace, to deliver clean air throughout the home.
Clean Room
The Amaircare® 4000HV Airwash system is ideal to create a 'clean room' environment where clean air is essential. Some examples
are Surgical Theatres and Print Shops.
The 4000HV can also be used for creating rooms with positive or negative pressure, for use in controlling
contaminants.
It's powerful, small, compact design takes up little room and can even be hanged into position when installed.
Accessories
15" E/C Foam Pre-Filter
The first line of defense in your Amaircare Filtration Unit, the washable Foam Pre-Filter removes large particulate and
odors.
Being the first of the 3-stage filtration process, the Pre-Filter gets contaminated the quickest. The foam pre-filter should
be hand-washed every 3 months.
Filter life: 6-12 months
15" HEPA Cartridge (White)
The 2nd stage HEPA filter is the workhorse of your Amaircare Air Filtration System. It removes 99.97% of all particulate that
are 0.3 microns in size or larger. Due to the large amount of HEPA paper used, Amaircare HEPA Cartridges will only need to be
replaced after 2 to 5 years of constant use.
Filter Life: 2 to 5 years
15" E/C Carbon Inner Blanket (V.O.C. Filter)
The third stage filter is the Carbon Inner Blanket. It is designed to remove chemicals and odor from the air. When they come
into contact with the activated carbon, the constituent molecules become trapped in tiny capillary passages on the carbon in a
process called adsorption.
Filter life: 6 months
15" E/C Annual Filter Kit
This kit contains all the filters needed to keep your Amaircare Unit running at optimum performance for one full year.
It contains 1 Foam Pre-Filter and 2 Carbon Inner Blankets.
